ADSS Server SAM Appliance is now accepted by the EU as a QSCD and a QSealCD
Ascertia’s ADSS SAM appliance is the first QSCD that follows the new eIDAS regulation and ETSI/CEN standards, namely EN 419241-1 and pp EN 419241-2 with Sole Control Assurance Level 2. Organisations requiring Qualified Remote Signing solutions MUST check that the QSCDs to be used adhere to these latest standards or risk investing in old approaches that have ineffective user authorisation mechanisms.
The ADSS SAM Appliance was approved by the Italian Information Security Organisation, OCSI and is now included under the Italian section of the European Commission’s listing of QSCDs.
