A major upgrade is e.g. from version v4.0 to v5.0. A minor upgrade is from v5.0 to v5.1. Annual Support & Maintenance is charged at 20% of the software license costs and can be bought at the time of purchasing PDF Sign&Seal.
There are two options for renewing your support contract depending on when you renew — Early Renewal is a renewal made prior to the subscription expiration date. Late Renewal is a renewal made once the existing support contact has expired. Early Renewals are entitled to 25% discount. Late support contract renewals are backdated to the date the previous support contract expired. If your support contract expired over a year ago, then the best option is to purchase a new license with a fresh support contract. You will be notified of imminent support expiry through your registered email address and this information is also available in your Account area after login.
