At Ascertia Ltd. we are committed to publishing software products and providing services of exceptional quality that are easy to use. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains when we will give a refund. Software sold via Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) is subject to different guidelines than software that is sold in a shrink-wrap box (on CD-ROM or DVD).

The main benefit of ESD is that to help you ensure that our products are perfect for your requirements, free, fully-functional trial versions of Ascertia software products are available to download from our website. These trial versions provide you with 30 days for full acceptance testing.

Use these "try-before-you-buy" versions to ensure that they are compatible with your computer systems and satisfy all of your requirements before purchasing the full version. If the trial version of our software does not satisfy your needs then neither will the paid version of the program.

Comprehensive product and service information is also available. To help you make the right decision, you may also contact a customer service representative to help you with installation and configuration as well as explaining any specific product feature.

All sales are final. Once the registration details and download instructions have been issued they cannot be cancelled. Thus we only provide refunds for accidental duplicate orders. Under exceptional circumstances, however, Ascertia reserves the right to authorize full or partial refunds within 7 working days of purchase. An administration fee may apply to cover refund costs and third-party commissions. Before requesting a refund, please contact our customer support service support@ascertia.com to try and solve the problem that you have.
