SigningHub can be licensed as a software product for in-house installation or with a hosting partner of your choice. SigningHub is also available as a cloud service, branded as, the pricing for which is based on configurable service plans as explained here.

For a perpetual software license of SigningHub, the pricing is based on two aspects:

  • A base SigningHub license
  • Plus the number of end-users to be supported (once per project)

There are no signature transaction charges or per document charges. As its a perpetual license you pay once and use forever.

In addition to the above other approaches can be considered when required, e.g. unlimited user pricing.

Annual support & maintenance service

For in-house installations, we highly recommend that you take out the Annual Support & Maintenance program with your order to ensure that you have access to priority support services through email, phone, instant messaging and web-conference software. Customers with valid support & maintenance contract also get minor and major upgrades free of charge, ensuring you always have access to latest features.

Annual Support & Maintenance and access to licensed updates is charged at 20% of the software license list price per year and can be bought at the time of purchasing SigningHub.
