PDF Sign&Seal is registered on a per user basis with a node-locked license. We offer discounts for volume purchases of 5 or more seats. These discounts are provided on a single order basis.

Annual Support & Maintenance Service

We highly recommend that you take out the Annual Support & Maintenance program with your order to ensure that you have access to priority support services through email, phone, web chat and Citrix GoToMeeting software. Customers on support will also get minor upgrades free and significant discounts on major upgrades, ensuring you always have access to latest features of PDF Sign&Seal.

A major upgrade is e.g. from version v4.0 to v5.0. A minor upgrade is from v5.0 to v5.1. Annual Support & Maintenance is charged at 20% of the software license costs and can be bought at the time of purchasing PDF Sign&Seal.

Support Renewal

There are two options for renewing your support contract depending on when you renew — Early Renewal is a renewal made prior to the subscription expiration date. Late Renewal is a renewal made once the existing support contact has expired. Early Renewals are entitled to 25% discount. Late support contract renewals are backdated to the date the previous support contract expired. If your support contract expired over a year ago, then the best option is to purchase a new license with a fresh support contract. You will be notified of imminent support expiry through your registered email address and this information is also available in your Account area after login.
