  Ascertia Docs is launched as a zero footprint SaaS solution allowing businesses and individuals share documents of various formats for review and approval using advanced digital signatures. Whereas other approaches use a proxy signature this is the first solution that allows individual credentials to be used per user. Key features are: a more secure document viewer that helps prevent data leakage, control over signing fields, controlled order of sign-off, standard long-term PDF signatures using keys held on server or locally, email based alerting to sign-up.
